This calendering machine is designed for calendering films and applying/coating glue on textiles. Available in various configurations including two-roll, three-roll, four-roll, and five-roll models, with three-roll and four-roll calenders being the most commonly used in industrial applications.

Integral welded base with annealing treatment ensures exceptional stability and vibration resistance
Rolling bearings at both roller ends provide high precision film production and extended equipment lifespan
Oil lubrication system with thin oil supply features automatic protection - main unit cannot operate without activated lubrication
Flexible adjustment options including electrically controlled or manual adjustment systems
Cold-hardened alloy cast iron rollers with mirror-smooth surface finishes available upon request
Hard-toothed box-type reducer ensures long service life and minimal operational noise
